NFC tags
Reading and writing tags that trigger actions in your home.
An NFC tag is a small sticker with no battery. Tap your phone against it and your home does something — a tag by the door that arms the alarm, one by the bed that turns everything off.
Writing a tag
Open Settings → NFC, choose Write a tag, and hold the tag against the back of the phone. The app writes an address onto it; what that address does is decided by an automation on your server, so you can change the behaviour later without rewriting the tag.
Tapping a tag
Any phone with NFC switched on will read the tag. If your phone is not signed in to your home, the address opens the app rather than running the action.
